Our commitment to a sustainable future
Target: Aims to be carbon neutral by 2050, with a target of reducing our carbon footprint (relative to production) by 50% by 2027, starting from the reference year 2021
Achieve: FKI GHG emission per piece, GHG intensity, went down from 3.45 kgCO²e/pc in 2022 to 3.25 kgCO²e/pc in 2023.
Climate-Positive Initiatives
AIM: Achieve a 50% reduction in processed water usage compared to the reference year 2015
ACHIEVE: In 2023, we have preserved the quantity of water which is equal to the 5.9 million people’s annual water requirements .
Closed-Loop Water Systems
AIM: From 2024, 108% of our electrical consumption will be generated with renewable electricity as 1200 kW solar panels are currently being install.
ACHIEVE: Installed 103 kW on-site solar panel, which currently produced 9,444 kWh.
Energy conservation
AIM: Compliant to be more cleaner, greener chemical management.
Aim to be 100% ZDHC MRSL level-3
ACHIEVE: Production chemicals were 100% compliant with Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC)
Green chemistry
AIM: Increase the proportion of women to 50% by 2025, starting in the base year of 2021.
ACHIEVE: In 2023, the percentage of women in our workforce has increased significantly.
Empowering Potential
AIM: Enable our staff members to expand their skill sets.
ACHIEVE: We delivered 1,800 hrs of skill-development training, OHS training, business ethics, and human rights training in 2023

AIM: Measure that the LTIR (Lost Time Incident Rate) meets OSHA standards, with a 3.4 threshold as the upper limit.

Our preliminary products are fitted sheets, bed sets, cushion covers which are exported mainly in Europe, UK, and USA.
